  • System Optimisation & Enhancement: Proactively monitor system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement new features, integrations, and tools within LMS to enhance the learner experience and administrative efficiency.

  • Technical Support & Training: Act as the Tier 3 technical support for all Canvas-related issues. Develop and deliver internal training and documentation for Decoded staff on effective use of the LMS features, best practices, and new functionalities.

  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the integrity of data within the LMS. Work closely with data and analytics teams to support the extraction and reporting of learner progress, activity, and attainment data, using these insights to inform platform improvements.

  • Integration Management: Manage the integration and maintenance of LMS with other critical systems (e.g., Credly, Data Camp, etc) to maintain a seamless flow of data and administrative processes.

  • Security & Compliance: Ensure the LMS adheres to internal security protocols and external data protection regulations, specifically supporting requirements for UK Apprenticeships and associated governance.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team to ensure the platform capabilities meet instructional design needs and with the Internal Quality Assurance team to support the monitoring and observation processes.

  • Future-Proofing: Stay current with LMS developments, releases, and the broader EdTech landscape, making recommendations for strategic platform evolution.
