Decoded is looking for a Programme Director to join our Programme Management team. As a Programme Director you will lead a team of Programme Managers and oversee the onboarding, support and project management of our training programmes in partnership with our clients. You will also work with the Head of Programme Management to define best practice and lead the programme management team.
As a Programme Director at Decoded, you’re accountable for:
Building on existing client relationships to impact opportunities for future business
Overseeing the smooth delivery of a range of training programmes
Line managing and developing a team of Programme Managers
Contributing to leading and developing the wider Programme Management team
Supporting and leading on programme improvement activities
SPECIFIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Programme Director you will:
Work with the Head of Programme Management to oversee the smooth running of the programme management function
Lead and line-manage a team of Programme Managers to deliver training programmes in line with our clients’ strategic objectives
Deliver presentations to a range of external stakeholders at all levels
Report on programme feedback, risk management, impact and programme health to ensure high satisfaction scores and delivery on time and within budget
Work collaboratively with colleagues across our Commercial, Product, Teaching and Operations functions to ensure seamless delivery
Own Programme Management business projects and co-lead on cross functional projects
Collaborate on improving and changing programme management processes
Develop a team of Programme Managers, whilst modelling best practice in behaviour, attitude and execution
Contribute to the recruitment, induction, training and development of junior team members

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
A successful candidate will be expected to achieve the following in the first 3 to 6 months:
Ownership of the successful delivery of your allocated programmes
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth programme to our learners
Successful onboarding of new programmes within 3 months of the launch date
Regular and consistent tracking and reporting of learner progress
Contributing to improving the documentation and delivery of our processes
TEAM REPORTING AND STRUCTURE
Report into the Head of Programme Management
DAY TO DAY
You will be based in our London office. You will work from 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday. We are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Remote and flexible working has always been part of our culture and will continue to be encouraged.
You will be in control and responsible for your time. You plan your working day around the best outcomes for success, identifying and prioritising projects against business needs.
