OVERVIEW

Decoded is looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our Programme Management team. As a Programme Coordinator you will work closely with a range of colleagues to support the onboarding and programme management of clients and learners throughout their engagement with our training programmes. We are a regulated environment, so you should be comfortable operating in a business that embodies both compliance with quality.


ACCOUNTABLITIES

As a Programme Coordinator at Decoded, you will be accountable for:

  • Successfully coordinating the delivery of allocated training programmes
  • Supporting the Programme Management team to ensure the smooth running of our training programmes from onboarding to completion
  • Supporting with client and programme management administration
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of our processes


SPECIFIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Programme Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate the delivery of your allocated training programmes in a high quality and compliant fashion
  • Support the Programme Management team with organisation and delivery of our launch days, graduations and workshops
  • Support with client reporting, administration and ad hoc requests relating to learner progress
  • Support the Programme Management team by owning key tasks relating to programme logistics, learner retention, programme administration and compliance
  • Contribute to the standardisation and documentation of processes
  • Collaborate with Programme Directors and Senior Programme Managers to implement improvements and changes to processes
  • Support the induction and training of new Programme Coordinators to the team

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

A successful candidate will be expected to achieve the following in the first 6 months:

  • Ownership of the successful programme coordination of your allocated programmes

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues on the Programme Management team and across the business to provide smooth programme and client administration support

  • Supporting with the successful onboarding of new programmes by the assigned launch date

    DAY TO DAY

    You will be based in our London office. You will work from 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday. We are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Remote and flexible working has always been part of our culture and will continue to be encouraged.

    You will be in control and responsible for your time. You plan your working day around the best outcomes for success, identifying and prioritising projects against business needs.
