Decoded is looking for a Learning Technology Administrator to join our LXD team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Learning Tech Admin you will support our cutting-edge data science and digital education programmes through the administration of our learning tech stack, including our LMS, Canvas, and survey platform, Alchemer. During your onboarding, you will be upskilled in our suite of tools and how we use them at Decoded, so previous experience with them is fantastic, but not required.
As a Learning Tech Admin at Decoded, you’re accountable for:
SPECIFIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Canvas LMS and other learning technology administration:
Importing new users and enrolling learners into new programmes in Canvas
Creating and maintaining relevant process documentation
Duplicating new courses in Canvas from the template course for new cohorts
Sub-account creation for new clients and cohorts
Updating and testing course-level integrations in new courses with relevant links
Liaising with the Learning Experience Design team to update blueprint template courses with content changes and push these changes to live courses
Liaising with the Technical Assurance Team when onboarding new clients and cohorts to ensure compatibility with learners’ technical requirements
Technical problem solving when Canvas-related issues are identified
Responding to Canvas-related support tickets raised through Zendesk
Monitoring learner progress in Canvas and creating stakeholder reports
Responding to ad-hoc learning technology requests and issues
Uploading new questionnaires/forms into Alchemer (survey platform) and implementing logic, integrations and applying set data pipelines
Creating and maintaining relevant documentation and guidance for new questionnaires/forms
Supporting other Decoded teams in data retrieval, troubleshooting and reporting using Alchemer functionality
Creating and supporting other Decoded teams in creating stakeholder reports using Alchemer, Data Studio and PowerBI
Current questionnaire/form management: setting quotas, managing survey campaigns, managing and organising archival and new data

TEAM & REPORTING STRUCTURE
This role will report into the Senior Learning Experience Designer. You will work closely with our Learning Experience Design, Research and Global Operations team
You will be based in our London office. You will work from 9am to 6pm either full time five days a week, or part time for a minimum of four days a week. You will travel to your learners' workplaces to deliver in person workshops monthly.
You will be in control and responsible for your time. You plan your working day around the best outcomes for success, identifying and prioritising projects against business needs.
