Decoded launched the Data Academy programme in 2017. It’s now our fastest growing product area. We have huge ambitions for this product and now need a super organised, team assistant to help the Customer Success Team as they onboard, support and project manage our clients throughout their engagement with the academy.


What you'll do:

  • Support the Customer Success Team in their delivery of data academy programmes, from onboarding to endpoint assessment (approximately 21 months per client)

  • Organise all workshop and programme delivery logistics (venues, catering, flights, meetings etc) for all clients, working with Programme Managers to ensure seamless planning and organisation of all delivery requirements

  • Organise all bookings for the academy and leadership workshops on our booking system, create registration and feedback links, share registration forms with facilitators (included in briefings)

  • Pre-workshop, write facilitator briefing documents

  • Post-workshop, gather insights and create feedback reports for clients

  • Support the development of project plans

  • Work with Client Directors to streamline internal and external processes

  • Report to the Customer Success Team

Who are you?

  • You have a minimum 1 years work experience in a role with transferable skills

  • You take satisfaction in supporting busy people and are able to manage 'up'

  • You are a strong communicator in person, on the phone and via email

  • You are a natural team player, with an ability to find work that needs doing and get stuck in!

  • You have a positive and ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude

  • You are detail-oriented and incredibly organised

  • You have an understanding of, and interest in tech and innovations

  • You are passionate about Decoded’s mission and creating a social impact
